in-season ​policies

                                                              IN-SEASON April 1st - September 30th
                                       ***if these policies are not followed the golf board and staff have every right to revoke privileges***

Pace of Play
Please keep pace with the group ahead. Expected time:
  • 9 Holes: 2 hrs
  • 18 Holes: 4 hrs
Tee Times & Check-In
All players must check in 15–20 minutes prior to their tee time. Late arrivals may be moved or paired with others.
Weather & Rain Checks
Rain checks are issued based on holes played. No refunds—credit only. All play must stop and carts returned during lightning.

Cart Rules
Follow all posted cart signs (path-only / 90-degree rule). All carts must be returned by posted times. Players are responsible for any damage.
***ALL Members who have a TRAIL FEE or CART SHED SPACE are REQUIRED per the golf board to have the current season sticker visible on your cart. (Cooler, Frame, Side of Cart, Windshield etc - MUST BE VISIBLE) DEADLINE to have stickers placed on cart is May 15th - once this deadline passes any cart without a sticker will be parked outside the cart shed.***

Food & Beverage
No outside food or beverages allowed.

Course Etiquette
Please repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and respect fellow golfers and staff at all times. Please allow faster groups to play through.
